Report someone
In the app, open the person's profile or press and hold one of their messages, then choose Report. You can block them at the same time. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; accounts that break the rules are suspended or banned.
Common questions
- I see nobody on the Radar. Bluetooth must be on, and the other person must have ROWMATE open with their Radar on, a few metres away.
- The Places tab is empty. Allow location access "while using the app" in your phone's settings.
- I forgot my password. On the e-mail sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?": you receive a 6-digit code by e-mail.
